Call To Take Action:

Give thought to your call-to-adventure or call-to-take-action as identified in The Hero's Mythical Journey Overview in chapter 13. Common examples include addressing life's struggles, challenges, conflicts, a reawakening, a repurposing or a life-changing event with time running out.

One obvious choice is to pursue one of your lifetime goals identified in your GOALS.doc file. Serious pursuit of any one of them will introduce a story line and set your plot into motion.

Until a call-to-take-action is identified, continue posting, revisiting and revising as outlined in chapters 11 and 12.

NOTE:

If a call-to-take-action never occurs, it is still possible to live a heroic life in the Normal World. The elements other than plot, namely characterization, setting, point of view, style, theme, tone and symbols are still applicable.
